A Song of Spice and Cheddar

Just like the original, A Song of Spice and Cheddar is made with the Daddy's own starter that is fed with rye flour and water.

But with this one, we add a few special ingredients to the basic recipe of organic flour, salt, water, and a bit of starter.

• Chili Peppers: Moderately spicy peppers (usually jalapeño or fresno) give it a bit of a kick that's still totally approachable 
• Cheese: Cheddar cheese makes it gooey and oh so savory
• Garlic: Gotta have some garlic in there to add to the overall flavor profile

I wouldn't get too caught up with the shape on this one... the peppers and cheese tend to make it come out of oven like a partially deflated rugby ball but damn if it's not one of the best breads you've ever had.
