But one thing you can count on… Daddy Dundon’s Sacred Smoke Sauce will always incorporate hardwood-smoked chili peppers and other fruits and vegetables, resulting in a tasty hot sauce that will make you pray to the gods for more.

• Ingredients: Habanero chilis, fresno chilis, white onion, garlic, heirloom tomatoes, honey, salt, vinegar

• Smoke: Quickly smoked over an oak/hickory/cherry hardwood blend then flash-charred for a relatively subtle smokey flavor

• Heat level: Fairly spicy but approachable
