Just like the original, Dressed to the 9-Grains is made with the Daddy's own starter that is fed with rye flour and water.
We add an extra 10-20% of Organic Steel-Cut Cracked 9-Grain mix to the basic recipe of organic flour, salt, water, and a bit of starter. The flour mix for the Original Organic recipe comes out to about 80% organic wheat bread, 10% organic whole wheat, and the rest 9-grain.
Usually made as a batard (oval), this one is particularly tasty for sandwiches so it can be made as a bread pan loaf upon request.
