Made with only the finest of ingredients, the original Daddy Dundon’s Delicious Dough is pure and simple sourdough bread born from a starter that Daddy Dundon has personally raised like his own child, feeding it with rye flour and water.
Each loaf is made of just organic flour, salt, water, and a bit of that starter. The flour mix for the OG recipe is about 80-90% organic wheat bread flour and the rest organic whole wheat flour.
Might be a batard (oval) or a boule (round), depends on what I've still got on hand. Feel free to request a specific shape in the order special instructions in your cart and I'll do my best to accommodate.

Straight from the baker's oven fresh, with a nice chewy texture and a flavor that’s just spot on. I got it delivered, and it showed up still warm, which was an additional bonus!

We just cancelled our Bread Bike subscription which was delicious and convenient. Daddy Dundon is now the best and just as convenient if you order ahead before they sell out! The flavor, the craftsmanship, the right level of moisture and thoughtful delivery!
Super delicious bread with great flavor and texture. We got a loaf and the family ate it up within a couple of days. Our kids loved it, and nothing beats knowing your food is homemade with intention.
